So, for the past four years I've been using a seven-year-old IBM thinkpad that I got for 100 bucks from my dad's office when they updated their company issue machines. I liked my thinkpad. It was heavy and kinda slow, but it worked for me. It had an internet connection and a wordprocessor and, really? What more does a person need?
